§ Captain MURRAYasked the President of the. Local Government Board whether he has power under the Motor Car Acts, 1896 and 1903, to regulate the use of warning instruments on motor vehicles; and, if so, whether he will draw up and issue Regulations on the subject?
§ Mr. HERBERT SAMUELI am advisced that the Local Government Board are empowered to make Regulations of the kind referred to, and I have under consideration at the present time the practicability of dealing with the matter by an Order.
