§ Mr. GUINEYasked the Chief Secretary for Ireland when legislation will be introduced to give effect to the recommendations of the Committee which recently inquired into the claims of the Royal Irish Constabulary for an increase of pay; and is he aware that discontent exists among the members of that force owing to the delay of the Government in connection with this matter?
