§ Mr. BURNSThe latest statutory returns of the British Legal and United Provident Assurance Company, Limtied, under the Assurance Companies Act, 1909, are made up to 30th June, 1913, and the latest annual summary under the Companies Consolidation Act, 1908, is made up to 31st October, 1913. The only official information which the Board of Trade have with regard to the company is that contained in the statutory returns which are open to public inspection, and I must refer my hon. Friend to those returns for any particulars he may desire to obtain.
