Mr. KELLYasked the Chief Secretary whether the Estates Commissioners have on their list of applications from evicted tenants for farms the name of Bridget M'Kelvey, of Carrick, Castlefin, county Donegal, an evicted tenant on the Delap estate; if so, will they consider her application as soon as there is any untenanted land in the neighbourhood for distribution; and, if she is not on the list of applicants, will they include her name thereon?

The Commissioners are not prepared to take any action in the matter of her application.
