§ Mr. McKENNAAfter payment of the expenses of the Commissioners and subject to all existing interests and charges, one-fourth of the balance of the non-parochial property—the total income from which in 1906 was £26,700—will be paid to each of the university colleges of Wales and one-eighth to the National Library. 1373W All other income-producing property alienated under the Bill will be transferred to the county or county borough councils, and in 1906 the income from this property amounted to £130,638.
