Mr. GINNELL

asked the Under-Secretary of State for War whether any money award has been made to the heirs or dependants of Bernard Collery, who was attached to the British Yeomanry during the late South African War and perished in an engagement with the Boer forces; and, if so, what the amount was, and to whom it was paid?

From the information given this man cannot be traced as having served in the Army or in connection with the South African War. If further particulars can be furnished I will have further-inquiry made.
