§ Mr. KEIR HARDIEasked the Secretary to the Treasury whether his attention has been drawn to a document issued to their employés by the firm of Burn and Company, bookbinders, of Esher, calling upon them to remember that work was being given to the firm by certain publishers on the understanding that the said employés do not join the union; whether any of the undermentioned firms of publishers have Government contracts, namely, Mac-millan, Forster Green, Heinemann, Lowdnes, Constable, Macdonald Evans, Murray, Martin Seeker, Bell's, Mills and Boon, Methuen, Nash, Arnold's, Riving-ton, Burlington May, Stevens and Son, Crawford (Cheltenham), and Chatto and Windus; and, if so, what action has been taken to have the Fair-Wages Clause enforced in these contracts?
