§ Mr. O'DONNELL
asked the Chief Secretary who are the parties responsible for 1876W the delay in making the Grant of £40,000 towards secondary education in Ireland; and, seeing that this money was promised more than twelve months ago, will he state whether he hopes to make it available for the year ended June, 1913?
§ Mr. BIRRELL
As I stated in reply to a question on the same subject yesterday, the difficulties with regard to this matter are, I believe, now nearly at an end. But even if the conditions attaching to the Grant were settled now, no money could be distributed until they had been complied with.
