§ Mr. CHURCHILLThe total capital expenditure sanctioned in respect of naval works at Rosyth amounts to £5,173,000. This sum includes the cost of machinery and expenditure defrayed from loans under the Naval Works Acts. The expenditure to the end of the financial year 1912–13 is estimated at £1,593,000.
