§ Mr. ROWLANDSasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department when the Privy Council are likely to arrive at a decision in regard to the validity or otherwise of the election of Mr. G. P. Crill as a jurat of the Royal Court of Jersey; and, if not, whether he can expedite the matter so as to avoid the inconvenience of the vacancy remaining unfilled for a long period?
§ Mr. McKENNATuesday, 22nd April, has been appointed in order to give Mr. Crill the desired opportunity to appear by counsel before the Committee for the 725W Affairs of Jersey and Guernsey. There is no reason to think any acute inconvenience arises from the vacancy not having yet been filled.
