§ Mr. GEORGE GREENWOODasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether his attention has been drawn to the case of Charles Brown, a youth of seventeen, who was sentenced on 6th March at the Central Criminal Court to twenty months' imprisonment with hard labour for robbery with violence; and, if the case is suitable for a Borstal institution, whether he will direct the prisoner to be transferred?
§ Mr. McKENNAThis lad was not considered suitable for a Borstal institution, but under his sentence of imprisonment he is being given modified Borstal treatment in prison.
