§ Mr. WILLIAM THORNEasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he is aware that Lord Kitchener has summoned the editor of the "Egyptian Mail" to appear before him because of the criticism which that paper has levelled against the methods of the Russian police over the deportation of the man Adamovitz; and if he intends taking any action in the matter?
