Mr. KELLYasked the Chief Secretary whether the Grants which are under consideration by the. Estates Commissioners in the case of certain evicted tenants on the Delap estate, county Donegal, have yet been issued; and, if not, can he state the cause of the delay?
§ Mr. BIRRELLThe Estates Commissioners have issued directions to one of their inspectors in connection with the expenditure of the Grants sanctioned in the cases of the reinstated evicted tenants referred to, and the expenditure will be carried out with as little delay as possible.
