§ Colonel SEELYThe depot batteries and unallotted brigades of Horse and Field Artillery are detailed for this duty, and if further assistance is required arrangements are made that any batteries belonging to the Expeditionary Force which are required for this duty are detailed, but only at times which will interfere as little as possible with their field training.
