§ Mr. BIRRELLThe Congested Districts Board have not yet made an offer for the purchase of this estate, but they hope to consider the question of doing so at their meeting in August. The inspection of the estate by the Board's officers was completed in April. There has been no avoidable delay in dealing with the matter.
