§ Mr. DOUGLAS HALLasked the Prime. Minister whether he will grant a day, or a part of a day, to enable the House to consider the Report of the Departmental Committee on Boats and Davits?
§ The PRIME MINISTERThe valuable Report of the Boats and Davits Committee is being most carefully considered by my right hon. Friend the President of the Board of Trade. I do not think that any advantage would be gained by devoting special Parliamentary time to the discussion of the Report; especially as any matters connected with it can be discussed on the Board of Trade Tote when it comes on.
