§ Dr. CHAPPLEasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if he will lay upon the Table the instructions to the British delegates to the International Opium Conference, held at The Hague in December, 1912, to January, 1913, in continuation of the instructions to the British delegates to the International Opium Commission at Shanghai in 1909, which were published in Parliamentary Paper [Cd. 4898.]
