§ Mr. BIRRELLIn pursuance of a longstanding arrangement, copies of replies to Oral Questions are handed in behind the Speaker's Chair for the Members concerned. I shall be glad to adopt the same course with regard to non-Oral Questions, and also to send to Members, personally, copies of answers to any such questions which are not answered on the day for which they are put down.
