Mr. HARCOURTThe action has been settled on the terms that the Board pay to Messrs. Aird and Company the sum of £325,000 in full settlement of all claims. All plant, material and buildings connected with the work become the property of the Board and all outstanding certificates for work done by Messrs. Aird and Company are cancelled; each party to bear its own costs in the actions.
