§ Mr. CHARLES DUNCANasked the Postmaster-General whether he is aware that the services of an assistant clerk, at present serving in the General Post Office engineering department, were applied for on 13th December, 1912, by the National Health Insurance Commissioners; and whether, in view of his recent statement that he would not stand in the light of any assistant clerk who wished to be transferred from the engineering department, he will inquire into the delay in this case and will grant permission for the immediate transfer of the clerk?
