Mr. HARCOURTFull information as to the cases in which the Royal Assent has not been accorded to Bills passed by the Parliaments of self-governing Dominions, Colonies, and States will be found in four Returns already laid before Parliament—House of Lords Return 196 of 1894, and House of Commons Returns 362 of 1901, 184 of 1906, and 160 of 1912.
