Mr. HARCOURTThe Commission of Inquiry appointed last autumn by the British South Africa Company, when it was found that a case of sleeping sickness had occurred South of the Zambesi, was constituted as follows: Dr. Fleming, the Medical Director; Mr. Carbutt, of the Native Department; Mr. Jack, the Government Entomologist; and Dr. Stohr, of the Northern Rhodesian Administration, who had been engaged in sleeping sickness work in North-Eastern Rhodesia.
