§ Mr. BIRRELLThe offer of the Congested Districts Board for the estate referred to was accepted on the 30th October, 1911. The necessary documents to enable the Board to value the estate were lodged on the 8th September, 1910. The Board cannot at present say when it is likely that the estate will be vested.
