HC Deb 28 October 1912 vol 43 cc71-2W
Mr. MacVEAGH

asked the President of the Board of Agriculture whether he has received from the London and North-Western Railway Company the details of the accommodation they are prepared to provide for Irish cattle at Holyhead; whether he can say definitely on what day the accommodation will be available; and whether he has ascertained from the Irish Department of Agriculture that effective inspection will be provided at Greenore?

Mr. RUNCIMAN

I am in communication with the London and North-Western Railway Company on this subject, but I am not yet in a position to make any definite announcement respecting it. Perhaps the hon. Member would address his concluding inquiry to my right hon. Friend the Vice-President of the Irish Department.
