§ Mr. BIRRELLGladys Evans was rearrested for failure to comply with the statutory obligation under the Penal Servitude Acts to notify to the police her place of residence. The conditions of her licence were that she should abstain from any violation of the law. There was no such condition as that referred to in the last paragraph of the question.
