Mr. McKINNON WOODThe Orders in Council dealing with the appointment of the Committee of Council on Education in Scotland issued within the period mentioned in the question are two in number, namely, that of 2nd March, 1909, and that of 11th October, 1912. The occasion for the issue of the Order in each case was a change in the posts held by certain members of the Committee or in their personal designation.
