§ Mr. HERBERT SAMUELProvisional payments are now being made to scale492W payment sub-postmasters for their services in connection with the issue and renewal of contribution cards under the National Insurance Act. It has not yet been possible to come to a decision as to the payment to be made for the work of stocking and selling insurance stamps; but the matter is being actively pursued.
