117. MARQUESS of TULLIBARDINEasked the Home Secretary whether his attention has been called to an obscene publication publicly sold at 14, Great Smith Street, the National Union of Women's Suffrage Societies; and whether he will take steps to have the sale thereof prohibited, and will also forbid the further distribution of the pamphlet, especially among young girls, in supposed furtherance of woman suffrage?
§ Mr. McKENNAMy attention had not previously been called to the pamphlet in question, but the Noble Lord has now sent me a copy. I will have the book examined by the proper authorities.
