§ Mr. CHURCHILLThe only battleships with full crews new in hand at the dockyards are the "Neptune" and "Bellerophon," at Portsmouth and Devon-port, respectively, for annual refit in each case. The "King George V." was commissioned for service in the Second Battle Squadron on the 16th instant, but is still in hand at Portsmouth Dockyard to complete on the 23rd November, her crew in the meantime being accommodated in the Royal Naval Barracks. There are no such ships as those referred to at the dockyards for minor work or adjustments.
