§ Mr. LLOYD GEORGEThe Commissioners have recommended advances to the aggregate amount of £39,000 in respect of two harbours situated in Ulster and Munster respectively. They have agreed in principle to recommend further advances to the same or a slightly larger amount for the improvement of harbours in other parts of Ireland; but the details of the arrangements are still under consideration, Fethard Harbour was omitted from the harbours to be assisted because, among other reasons, it appeared to the Commissioners that the expenditure desired was disproportionate to the results which could be anticipated.
