§ Mr. DOUGLAS HALLasked the First Lord of the Admiralty whether his attention has been called to the fact that Osborne College is still unprovided with a swimming bath, that the cadets there are not allowed to bathe on the beach, and that no steps are taken to teach them swimming; and whether, in view of the fact that the cadets are being trained for the Navy, he will take immediate steps to provide them with facilities for learning to swim?
§ Mr. CHURCHILLThe Board of Admiralty are fully alive to the desirability of providing the cadets at Osborne College with adequate facilities for practising swimming, and the question of proceeding with the construction of a swimming bath is at present engaging their attention.
