asked the Undersecretary of State for War the comparative figures, as between England and Wales on the one hand and Scotland on the other, of the establishment, the strength, the percentage of establishment to population, the percentage of strength to population, and the percentage of strength to establishment of the Territorial Force as at 1st April, 1912, and the corresponding figures for each of the counties of Scotland?
