§ Mr. McKENNAIf, as it appears, the college is not an ecclesiastical corporation, it will not be dissolved by the Bill, and the property of the college, not being property belonging or appropriated to the use of any ecclesiastical office or cathedral corporation, will not be regarded as Welsh ecclesiastical property.
