Mr. PEASEThe answer to the first part of the question is in the affirmative. The qualifications of the gentleman appointed by the local education authority are a matter for the authority, subject to the Board being satisfied that the teaching staff is adequate and efficient under Article 18 of the Regulations for technical schools, etc.
