§ Mr. BIRRELLThe Estates Commissioners received an application from James Fenighty for reinstatement in a holding formerly occupied by his father on the Denny estate, county Kerry, and now in the occupation of another tenant, and, after inquiry and consideration, decided not to take any action in the matter.
