§ Sir THOMAS ESMONDEasked the Chief Secretary if, inasmuch as the contracts for supplies to the War Office, Admiralty, and Post Office in Ireland are not arranged so as to provide for the making of such contracts in Ireland but in certain centres in England, the Government will make early provision that the control of all such contracts, in so far as they affect supplies for Ireland, should be placed in the hands of the responsible officials in Ireland of these Departments, so that Ireland may in future secure an equitable share of the expenditure?
