Mr. MILLS

asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer what proportion of the sum of £6,855,000, which he stated in his Budget speech in May, 1911, would be applied to the reduction of capital liabilities, is composed of estimated reduction of capital liability in terminable annuities and New Sinking Fund?
