asked the First Lord of the Admiralty if he will state the total number of established men employed in His Majesty's dockyards in 1906–7, 1907–8, 1908–9, 1909–10, 1910–11, and 1911–12, respectively; the number of men placed on the establishment in each of these years; the date when, the establishment was suspended; the date when the establishment was reopened; and the total number of men (hired and established) employed in each of the years above specified?
