§ Mr. BIRRELLThe Estates Commissioners received an application from Michael Tierman, who was given a parcel of land on the Rathdonnell Estate, county Louth, for a grant for buildings, and, after inquiry and consideration, decided not to take any action in the matter. They see no reason to alter their decision.
