§ Mr. HAYDENasked whether the Local Government Board will reconsider their decision in the appeal taken against the pension granted to Rose Ann Scally, of Arahan, Belanagare, Castlerea, county Roscommon, by the Castlerea pensions committee, in view of the fact that, according to the parish register, her eldest son is in his 51st year, and of the difficulty of producing any other evidence of her age?
§ Mr. BIRRELLRose Ann Scally's claim for a pension was disallowed by the Local Government Board on appeal in January, 1912, and the Board have no power to reopen consideration of the case.
