HC Deb 12 June 1912 vol 39 c1006W
Mr. POINTER

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department, if he is now able to make any remission in the sentence of three months' hard labour passed on Louisa Hunt at Pontefract on the 25th of May last for the crime of sleeping out?

Mr. McKENNA

I propose to advise the remission of that part of the sentence which imposes hard labour. Her condition is carefully watched, and she receives treatment adapted to it. According to the latest report I have received her mental condition has much improved and continues to improve.
