§ Mr. LLOYD GEORGEIt may be taken that the amount proved to have been expended by landlords in repairs, etc., in excess of the percentage of which Income Tax is recoverable under Section 69 of the Finance (1909–10) Act, 1910, does not exceed £1,200,000 up to 5th April, 1912.
