§ Mr. MASTERMANThe gentleman referred to has not been appointed by any of the Insurance Commissions. As the hon. Member is aware, there is no connection of any kind between these Commissions and the Liberal Insurance Committee, and I have no authority to speak as to any appointments that may have been made by the latter organisation.
