§ Mr. BURNSI did not find it practicable to apply the recent regulation as to the use of a cut-out to motor cycles. What is required in the case of a motor cycle is not merely that the use of a cutout should be prohibited, but that the cycle should be provided with an effective silencer, and I have under consideration the question of issuing an Order on the subject.
