§ Mr. McKENNAI have no precise information as to the regulations governing the construction and use of motor omnibuses in other European cities, but I believe I am right in saying that those in use in London are substantially lighter than those—even single-deckers—permitted in several Continental capitals. The questions of weight and double decks, so far as they affect accidents, appear to me to come within the Committee's terms of reference.
