§ Sir HILDRED CARLILEasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether, in view of the fact that the doctors in nearly all parts of the country are now expressing their views on the proposals for medical benefit under the National Insurance Act, he will feel able to make a full and general statement as to the policy to be followed by the Insurance Commissioners, so as to allay the anxiety of the contributors who are anticipating the receipt of medical treatment under the Act on and from 15th January next?
