§ Mr. LYNCHasked the Chief Secretary for Ireland what negotiations are in progress for the sale of the Noughavel farm, in the Kilfenora district, West Clare; whether he can give the name of the present owner; and whether attention will be given to the matter by the Congested Districts Board as soon as possible so as to provide land for the uneconomic holders in the neighbourhood?
