§ Mr. ROYDSasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he is aware that, in consequence of a recent decision of Mr. Justice Horridge, all appeals by the Commissioners of Inland Revenue against decisions of referees are abortive by reason of the fact that no rules have been issued in regard to such appeals by the Rules Committee; and what steps it is proposed to take to allow of these appeals being heard at an early date?
