§ Mr. McKENNAThe Home Office is not in possession of the information as to the average number of persons employed, and has no power under the Factory Act to ask for it apart from the periodical general return under Section 130. I will communicate, however, with the occupiers, and see if I can obtain the information, and when I have heard from them I will communicate with my hon. Friend.
