§ Mr. BIRRELLMrs. Mason's pension was discontinued in May last on the ground that the value of the maintenance and other privileges enjoyed by her exceeded the statutory limit. She is living with her son on a farm of ninety-seven acres, of which twenty-one acres are tilled, and which carries over twenty head of cattle, in addition to other stock.
